Well here goes nothing!!...after some discussion and ideas were tossed around with my friend Cat I decided it might not be a bad idea to start a blog to help not only those new to heathenry but those new to my North East Heathen Yahoo Group by summarizing some of the threads into blog posts so that newcomers can get an idea of what we are discussing without having to read through all of the messages contained in a particular discussion.
This blog will will be looking at heathenry through the eyes of a recon, that is a reconstructionist as opposed to a modern "anything goes" type and also be a home for my own thoughts on heathenry should I feel the need to post them.
